My work
I work as an actor in both film and theatre. Most of my recent experience is in film, but I have a strong background in theatre and enjoy moving between screen and stage. In film, I do drama and commercial work.
I'm a distinctive presence and not afraid to use it for laughter, vulnerability, contrast, or tension. I suppose I'm a bit of a goofball, but whenever the situation calls for some seriousness, you've got my complete and utter serious devotion.
I focus on timing, physicality and the small moments of silence that make the characters feel alive. However, I probably won't show you the exact character you had in mind. I'll show you that character plus my personal 'Rosan-rendition'.
Lastly, and this is not a very Dutch thing to say, I realise, but I do see acting (whether it be film or theatre) as much as an act of art as painting and sculpting. So let's make some art together!
